Does anyone know a good hex editor guide? thanks in advice There was one from Monty :D (I remember seeing it) and some on Chinese Forum. I am sure The Light Bringer knows more than me though.

Does anyone know a good hex editor guide? thanks in advice Here you go This may help you, really poorly made and I skip over parts and somethings are different in ew4 and wc3. If you have any questions I would be happy to help, In about a month I will have the Abilty to make a more planned european war 4 modding video but since im on vacation I have no access to a computer to mod with. ps: also how to use the editted scenerios on mobile IOS as seen below

Is the glory of generals tutorial useful for ew4? I'm pretty sure they are 2 different engines. There's a lot on Chinese forum, but google translate can't tranlate chinese internet slang... I'm sure The Light Bringer has a lot of them. Easytech Modding resources thread should have some stuff, and then you just have to translate (try baidu translate perhaps as it's Chinese) and search.

No ew4 and wc3 are built on one engine.

Yeah the guide can teach you the basics, some things are added in eu4 like the map and stuff. But all the basics in the guide are true in ew4.
i will be making a ew4 complete guide when I have access to a working computer.
