IAP gens are ones who need emblems. So Tier 3 (Capital, Marshal gens) What doea IAP mean We need a shortcout Dictionary IAP means In app Purchases, as in stuff you need to buy, like the mana thing in Clash of Tribes and Erich von Manstein from WC3. Since most Tier 3 gens need emblems, and you only get 7 from game, and some of them you get only after you complete the American Revolution and SNS campaigns (one is medium to hard, the other is hell and end of game), so they are practically IAP.

You will get at most 4 emblems without paying real money. If you are buying something, slot>emblem, even though 4 is already enough.
