rule one; politics is totally not welcome. Rule two, its A-Historical but not entirely A-Historical, like you can't be like "USA drops a nuke on USSR and wins  " That's what's in my mind right now. Yeah that's also what I mean by not to absurd. And good point about politics I wouldn't have thought of that. It's still ok to say "X country is communist and going well" but not really much more than that, isn't it? yeah that's still better than politics. Anyways back to war! |

The Great Depression hits in 1929, and riots and factions pop up across the country. the country gets so divided, civil war erupts between the fascists, who own New England and most of the American South, the Communists, who control most of the Midwest, and the American democratic government led by FDR. By 1935, the war is won the U.S government, and the country rebuilds and prospers.

Taking India... Following The Great War, many Indian people are unhappy with the British Government. The British had previously promised the Indians when the Ottomans joined that they won't fight, buy they actually did and a lot of BI soldiers were sent to the Mid Eastern Front. The people use this as an excuse and start massive riots. Fast forward to 1925 (avoiding political stuff and sectarian violence) a new country has been created called "The Communist State of India" it includes all of Pakistan, India and Bangladesh. I wanted to be India becaus I am of an Indian family line but I was born elsewhere so I differ a bit |

The best way the fasciscts could rise would be controlling the veterans and appointing a high-profile military figurehead. Best chance of that happpening is if the Business Plot actually happened. Say that it was actually planned and Butler led them. |
