Desophaeus , Hibachi is Japanese. Asian-American buffets in my eyes is like an American trying to make an accurate depiction of Xi'an in a movie with his only sources being Japanese manga translated into Korean by Google Translate. Don't look at me, the Chinese themselves made that kind of restaurant businesses! Because Americans wanted it. Like Dim SIm in Australia, really.

However, it might be because there's an actually good Chinese restraunt that serves actual food here.

I did find a place owned by Chinese that are actually serving decent food. It's a rather large and popular restaurant in the local area.
