Note that this is a bit wrong. Like in my calculation mountain and plain are equal. And its just plain wrong due easytech giving not every information
This is added damage not total damage.
Its doesnt take unit skills into account. One list is from the general on his own tile attacking inf;
one on his own tile attacking tank;
one on his own tile attacking forts;
one is on a different tile than his attacking inf;
and one on his own tile below half health attacking inf.
Another note that this isnt exact.
As for the star adding damage, its 8-4(12)-4(16)-4(20)-8(28).
When heealth is below half you multiply this number by 3/4 = 6-9-12-15-21
For leader look at this thread (i took the most expensive unit for each category): european-war-4.boards.net/thread/3042/real-effect-leader-skill
There are the tile bonus skills, explosives and the anti tank at the last taking a bit more damage.
So totally taken into account (damage boosters):
Stars
Leader skill
Tile bonus (plain, desert)
Explosives
Anti-tank
Barrage/tide/bayonet
Guerrilla
Wolfpack
Note that this isnt a "whos the best general" list. Since survivability is sometimes better than pure output. This is purely output focussed. But that doesnt take away that supplies and blitz are better than anti-tank and leader for an example. Also no health and Movement, price etc..
it's added damage, so without the damage of the unit itself.

If you want to add a specific general just ask. Another note that this isnt 100% correct and that pure output doesnt necesarrily make a general recommended or not. Bay for an example is the only artillery general with movement making him way better than leeb even though the output is a little less.
This is added damage not total damage.
