The use of generals inside tws

Hi, perhaps a suggestion for your tw, generals!
All generals have a special skill, which if you use them correctly, can change the outcome of a battle!
Note: please dont add too much of these add-ons. Since it complicates your war and if your war is too complicated, its doomed.
The system itself:
Every country has a list of generals. Every general has an unique skill.
A general can only be used once, so be carefull when using them. Here are some examples of possible skills.
Military
-immediarely recrute 10 inf
-for this battle, you wont lose your lost troops
-you need to throw 2 dices lower during next battle
-for this battle, your army is as big as your enemies one. If you lose 20% of your army, you lose the percentage of troops from your old army.
-gain 20 bp next battle
Other
-You gain 3 turns next phase
-You can spend 5 more turns on tech this phase
Etc...
Etc......
