What should we do with the espionage system? Keep it how @motier originally made it (I think this is best since it helps the smaller nations) or implement the Souham system. Southam System: The number of espionage attacks launched on a single country is divided by 2 and rounded down. So if there are 3 espionage attacks launched against you it would be 3/2 = 1.5 rounded to 1. Read here for more: european-war-4.boards.net/thread/3645/fixing-tw13?page=1

My take on this:
Whoever wins, please make sure everyone is happy. By this I don't mean reversing the majority's decisions, I mean make sure the minority accepts the decision.
To be honest, my system was unfair to begin with, so it's a no from me.

I would rather we keep the system as it is.

I'm on the fence here. I'll rather prefer a overhaul. Perhaps the espionage in Two Powers can help? www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/609938For those who can't go on, spies can only see 1 province at a time, you can stack spies up to 4 in a province, and assainations (kill the commanding officer) are detemined by luck and the # of spies.
