[EW4] Monty Mod Requests

Greetings,

So since I have been very selfish in my modding in the past years I have decided to perhaps take requests. And if my friend Georgy Zhukov or colonel Oskars Kalpaks decide to port that mod to an android APK, then you guys can play that said mod!

So here are some guidelines.

1. I may ignore your request if I don't feel like doing it
2. I can only do certain things so let me name them.

I can change the borders around thus adding units or cities to said nation.
I can increase/decrease the turn limits
I change the team said nations are on from blue green red or black.
I can change the playable nation. 
I can convert conquest maps into campaign maps and vice versa. So for example if I made level 1 a conquest all the red objectives would not be required to win. And If I make a conquest a campaign map I can add objectives (once I remember how to, so refrain from requesting that)
I can add generals from different levels onto different units or forts, and I can also remove generals.
I can also upgrade or downgrade cities

3. Things I hope to do in the future
Editing unit placements and adding new units.
