So now im on to setting up generals. Are the borders good (ignoring sicily, mistake) ? And any suggestioggs for general placement? Montenegro is getting a surovov with high health no matter what you say tho  What tool you use to edit the conquest.blt files not the save files |

I would suggest using a nation like Sicily or Sardinia for nations like Belgium who don't have Napoleonic counterparts. |

Yeah you can also change the flag and type of units using stuff in that area. And geo. have you got the apk ready for the full control ew4?
