This probably was already discussed earlier. However I must simply point out how pissed I am that both Blücher and Napoleon dont get Leadership, instead they get the mostly useless banner. I need to let go of my frustration somewhere. First myself, Blücher. Now the reason why Blücher should have gotten Leadership is quite simple, as a General thats what made him. Blücher wasn't well versed in the higher art of war nor was he a brilliant tactician. Rather, Blücher led by pure passion and leadership, even at the old age of 72. The best exemple of that was at Ligny and Waterloo, because after getting injured at Ligny, he simply, after a short recovery, continued to lead the troops on his horse and showing great enthousiasm and passion, keeping the troops morale high, while most likely suffering because of his age and injury. Blücher's passion and leadership combined with a intelligent and competent Chief of Staff like Scharnhorst or Laurent de Gouvion would make an incredible team. Napoleon is even simpler. He was the Emperor, he always managed to keep morale high in his troops and finally somehow came back for a 100 day after running away from Elba and making his way back to Paris without getting captured and even convinced the army to follow him there. Its blasphemous that those two do not get leadership. It was good to let out some steam. Also, if this is in the wrong board, just change it.

IMO the acts of two above affect OTHER morale and fighting capacity. This means Banner :3 I think Easy tec have same think as me. Just private opinion

Leadership only affect on own Unit, Banner affect surround ally unit. IMO Banner is higher than Leadership. The problem is the limit of range, no effect on Flag own unit, no Morale flag.
