1960s issues with Teens in England, SOOOO BORING AND NOT HISTORY, GIMME WAR! Thats my approach to history

Ok so in Québec they teach, in secondary school (equivalent to US high-school), the first two year they teach general history, from prehistoric to modern, then in sec 3 you get early Canadian history (most boring course ever), In sec 4 you get modern Canadian history, in sec 5 you have the option to take a 20th century history class. Then you move to cegep, where you basically follow a program, in human science based programs you usually get 1 history courses. However my program is called "History and Civilisation" so I get a lot of highly focused history classes, divided in four session, each session you get a more general history course (antiquity, middle age, modern, contemporary) and 2 more focused history classes, like history of math, history of french, history of religion, history of art and political history to name a few.

We have pretty much all the way from the rise of human to nowadays world history including all the great empires, leaders etc and Latvian and Baltic history is deeply, we have to tell after maps which year the situation is

NYS History:
1st Grade: Don't think we even learned anything about history. 2nd Grade: Basic Geography, where NYS is, where Buffalo is, what the U.S looks like, etc. 3rd Grade: Cultures, so stuff like "What is Chinese Culture like" or Indian or Russian. 4th Grade: Native Americans, explorers, rest of basic American history up until the War of 1812. 5th Grade: The Fifty States, where they are, some facts about them, etc. 6th Grade: World History from the hunter gatherers of early civilization to the Medieval Ages. 7th Grade: U.S History from why the explorers explored in the first place to the U.S Civil War (This was where I got interested in History) 8th Grade: U.S History from Reconstruction to the Persian Gulf War. 9th Grade: (This may be different than the standard one since I'm in an AP class, but it should be similar) World History from the development of early Humans to the Enlightenment (We also talked about modern issues at the beginning of the course, and religions are an important part of it) 10th Grade: Everything else in World History, I'd assume.
