I live in the US which used to be part of the UK so I sorta live there. Well I sorta live in Spain then. Andela mi amigo! I don't remember if you said you were from Cuba. I do know that you're in Florida nowdays. I'm wondering if you are a Cuban-American?

I live in the US which used to be part of the UK so I sorta live there. By that logic, I am a Brit (Israel) of Austrian (Belgium+Galicia) descent, living in Spain (California)

Yeah but Florida was a territory of Spain Yeah, I was thinking of Florida as a former colony of Spain before it was ceded to Britain and then back to Spain then to America.

I would say i'm British since I live in the U.S, but tbh, Buffalo is really a colony of German, Polish, Irish, Italian and African-American people. So therefore: Grüße aus Buffalo! Prozdrowieni a z Buffalo! Greetings from Buffalo! Saluti da Buffalo! Salamu kukota Buffalo! (For the record, I used google translate for all of these, so they could be horribly wrong )

Well Russia barely didn't really touched Washington at all... if anything, GB had a better claim on it than Russia pluswe shouldn't forget USA's slogan - "fifty-four or fight", so Russia was simply in the neighborhood as a distant third.

In the fur trade there was a large Russian influence in Washington and the Pacific Northwest. They didn't really control that much, but they left afterwards.

The point is, you would be an American or a British before you would be a Russian.
