Hmm, I would say that... It's much more stronger in truth for Washington than other areas because of its remoteness from Europe or other continents.

I don't remember if you said you were from Cuba. I do know that you're in Florida nowdays. I'm wondering if you are a Cuban-American? Yeah but Florida was a territory of Spain by these wacky claims I'm an Arab living in India which is administered by Britain. Wow?!

Is it possible to get this back on topic and not focus on the horrible logic in place here

I don't think we have any other British members, although many of us could claim to qualify had we been born 80 years earlier

We had a guy called "that British guy" but he never posted I think? I just remembered his name.

99% of us probably came from the Roman Empire! African-Americans? Asian-Americans? Native Americans (as in the ones Canada calls 'First Nation')?

Non-Romans are a fairly low percentage than you think because of the effect of Europe colonizing the majority of the world and Romans were the original EU. So because of countries like UK and France, even many African-Americans are former Romans.

The percentage of Roman in many people goes too far back to detect. As I am predominantly Irish (65%), the amount of Roman in me would not be much at all (Maybe some due to the British occupation).
This inspires me to make a heritage thread.

This thread looks to have gone way off topic as we are now talking about the Romans now

By your logics, I live in Russia... And I in HRE or more precisely in Malta (yep that order that made Baltic States Christian was from Malta) Livonian Brothers of the Sword/Livonian Order? I thought they were independent from the Knights Hospitaller... According to what I can find, it's a part of the HRE, as Malta (the Hospitaller Knights) were independent from the Templars, Livonian Brothers and Teutonic Knights(who later Incorporated the Livonian Brothers of the Sword)
