We all like strategy games but we all love cheap strategy games! BE aware, price in euros (1$=0.9 euros, 1 euros = $1.1) MOST GAMES 75-80% off. The newest games however (HOI4 for example) have only a discount of 10-15% Instead of spending 93 euros on Crusader Kings II, Europa Universalis IV, Hearts of Iron III and Victoria II you can get them all for less than 24 euros. So time to stop advertising, I just wanted to let you guys now before you are too late. store.steampowered.com/sale/paradox_weekend/

HOI3 is a great game, but there's a lot of micromanaging and its pretty complicated. I've played it since Christmas and I still don't know a lot of the features.
If you're good at micromanaging and can brush off defeat fairly easily, i'd buy it.

Dumb question:
If I downloaded Steam and Vicky 2 to my old laptop, would I be able to redownload to a new laptop for free? I'm assuming yes, but I haven't made a purchase from steam yet.

How long is this on for? The weekend is ending here in Australia and I can't get anything tonight so I'm wondering if it will be on tomorrow still.

Steam is American, si it may also be weekend Steam time (no idea where they are though ) California, but usually it is the game developer who does the sales, not steam (unless we are talking about the summer/winter/spring/Halloween sales)

(Not recommended to play without DLCs since Paradox tends to disable important features if you don't own DLCs) I'm stuck waiting until my budget is less problematic. So many things are up in the air. It's better for me to make sure all of the important RL stuff to settle down properly like a purchase of a house (my wife and I have picked one house in particular and we're hoping to get it in a low offer).

If it's still on by the time I get home I'll get Vicky 2 and HOI4. I already have EUIV but I don't think I have all DLCs I've only got a few. I'm reluctant to spend to much because I don't understand how to play HOI3 or EUIV and I assume Vicky will be equally confusing. I probably could work it out if I had the time to sit down and work it out.
