Is 1950 and 1960 a world war 3 scenario?

Yes, the cold war to be exact. Maybe say 1950 was the beginning and in 1960 the countries dragged new allies (Italy Saudi Arabia and Germany for NATO, Romania India and stronger allies for WTO).

Yeah I know it's the Cold War but I think they made it like things go different then how it actually happened and it turns into another world war |

Maybe they made it the way that Operation Unthinkable happend but wasn't a sucess and in 1960 they rearmed the Wehrmacht to fight the CCCP.

The countries are probably all accurate but there wasn't any conquering in the Cold War. It was all barking with no biting. Very close to biting, but none.
