 Something interesting happen last night as I was doing a Poland conquest in EW4. I attacked the Prussian general above and 4 out of 5 hits triggered his defensive art skill,so I attack 5 times and 4 of these times I hit for -1. This is very strange,defensive skill is not suppose to trigger that often. Didn't have time to play more but I will attempt to test more to see what's going on. I am wondering, is that flag a defense flag?

FYI
- Bear Flag = Supply +1
- Assuming that Defense Art trigger change is 15%, then the chance that it will trigger at least 4 out of 5 times regardless of order is 0.223%
- Same assumption, the chance that it will trigger exactly 4 out of 5 times regardless of order is 0.215%

Tried Poland 1798. Attacked him 7 times, the skill triggered twice. The 7th hit killed him.

well as far as I have seen till now that he doesn't use this skill too often but it is surprising to see his skill being used so much
last week when I played a level then the pole general dombrowski didn't use his defense arts even a single time!!! (though he uses it twice in atleast six turns)

I have Radetzky and his defense art hasn't triggered even once. Now that I think about it, never has defense art triggered in my favor. EW4 just doesn't want me to win  |

And yes on my own generals I noticed the skill did not trigger as often.

Using S/l in my HRE 98 I: Got Radetzky to Spain with almost full health Got Napoleon killed in Sardinia Got The Ottoman Front to collapse in 3 turns Got Desaix to chase Radetzky to Lyon, then stop there Never let Dombrowski use his Defense Art And these are only the miracles of the 8 turns I did so far. |
