Leeb is overpriced, and overall doesn't offer much output, movement, or survivability.

His damage aint High, He lacks vital skills such as plain and barage. He Does has explosives. Govorov has plain and barage and explosives, and is the number 1 damage dealer.
His survivability aint High, his Lives Just sucks for that price. Govorov Lives dont suck, they Both dont have any survivability skill.
His movement sucks, Just like govorov.
His price is 200 medals more than the netter govorov.
Conclusion, get govorov
