Alright, for Wesnoth the add-on I loved to play was called "Legend of the invincibles". Best part about was the fact that you could gear your units and stuff, and that the creator Dugi had an interface where you could "craft and smelt" gear. For example you coule smelt a dragonslayer for something like obsidian or rubies, then use combined gems to make a vampiric weapons or armor, or fast boots for you units (Imagine a Paladin charging you while running over a river like its a dirt road). There were also more level for units, with new skills for some(too bad my outdated PC has trouble opening my old saves now lol. I'll post some unique skills later if anyone wants it). Along with that there were new units (Preserved Liches) and unit skill trees had been altered a bit (walking corpses could become revenants now). The campaign itself was an enormous 200 total scenarios, with the game separated between scenarios 90 and 91, where your units would be reset (There's a mod where you can transfer units from campaigns though so it was possible to port your favorite unit to the 2nd set of scenarios). It was just freaking lovely to play, even though I didn't finish it all (Crappy Netbook from 2000 and something lmao)

Too long (c. 200 scenarios) for me though, so never finished it And the tranfer mod is still there, though I only used it to make *Spoiler Alert* Veela live through the entire game. I couldn't bear losing a loyal Windsong runemaker:P *End Spoiler Alert*
