Here is the map of the provinces. Each is labeled with the title of a peer (or free province) and a number. My idea: We each claim a province, and are the Noble of the Province. This is in our titles. Others of us can have Honorary Peerages, or none at all. We can take this further by having each Province's Noble name his Province. Frederick the Great , Laurent de Gouvion , Quintus Fabius , Napoleon Bonaparte , Stonewall Jackson , granny's terror , @everyoneelse, what do you think? Black: Name of Province, also number for selection purposes Maroon: Ruler Yellow-Orange: Peerage level Red: City names Sky blue: Names of Rivers flowing through no other Noble's domains Claims: 1: Lord Ivan Kolev , Baron of Mapuchguay 3: Lord granny's terror , Duke of Rexonia 5: Lord Quintus Fabius , Marquess of Astato 7:The Right Honourable Lord Frederick the Great , Archduke* of Riklän 9: Lord Bismarck , duke of Reikenberg 10: Lord best75 , Count of Mampang 11:The Honourable Lord Stonewall Jackson , Count of Chancellorsville 12: Lord Yi Sun Sin , Duke of Sudo 19:The Right Honourable Lord Laurent de Gouvion , Marquess of (yet to be named) 20:His Royal Majesty Napoleon Bonaparte , King of (Empire) and Count of Saltingrad 23: The Honourable Jean-Luc Picard , Duke of New Zion, Viscount Picard* *Honorary Title If you want your title in a Foreign Language, give them to me (has to correspond directly, though)

I like this idea.
My preference would be the province you formerly called Aquarium (the duke one).

This is a great idea. Considering this is a constitusional monarchy, new issues could be raised about this (e.g. whether or not to accept commoners into government, limitation of noble power).
I'll be Marquis de Gouvion Saint-Cyr. Of takings the Marquesate near the capital.

Jean-Luc Picard , I would like my province to be named Riklän (pronounced more like Reich-lan. Rik is Swedish for rich and län means province). The capital, which will be the coastal city I would like to called Fredrikstad (Frederick's City). I would like the inland city to be called Älvstad.

Marquis of 5. It should be a earldom IMO, as it is in a rich area (as evidenced by the many cities). Name: Astato, from the corruption of the Arabic word Al-U'statin, the name of the area during Arabic rule. Bonus to anyone who knows Esperanto and Arabic
