I would use Lannes or Winstiggen but not a useless gen like Kollowrat he has geogaphy but no mobility stars and no cav stars

Btw dont buy ANY tavern gens in America,especially France 1812 I think it is that they have Bernadotte Curmoiex ( I butcherd his name) for an inaourmus price |

I'd say depends. For rushing/no gens, yes.
Most times, no, unless it's a gen you want to try (Lannes), or you need a gen there.

EDIT: I did not realize Lannes was different from Lan. (Just found Lannes in Paris 1798 so original question answered.) I remember reading a post where it sounded like Lan was in one of the taverns? Is that correct or is it likely I just confused Lan for Lannes?

All the princesses are not in taverns. Also, 7/8 the gens in taverns are utterly useless 99% of the time. |
