Regen experience
Items: Golden staff (635-508) (exp*1,4?) Crown (925-740) (exp*1,8?)
Location: Golden staff: Battle of the three emperors (imperial eagle) Balkan wars (hre)
Crown: Austro-turkish war (hre) Mediterean war (sns)
Usage: When a general kills a unit, he get some experience for his regen. With this item, he gets some more. When all your generals have max regen, you can sell this item. Appoint this item on a general when hes about to kill an enemy.
Recommendation I would only buy this item wirh a great business general. Since when you sell it, the amount of medals you lost is reasonable. But you can get to max regen without these items with grinding, itll take some more time ofcourse. But you wont lose medals.

War horse (815-652)
Obsolete by skill Geography
Units Artillery Horse (Not for infantry!)
Places to buy: Egyptian expedition (imperial eagle) Road to hell (rise of america)
Usage: This is a movement item. Appoint this to the cav or art general you want to move. Since this has no influence on the rest, remove this item once you moved the general and than appoint it to another general you want to move. The general wont be stopped by other terrain types.
Recommendation: Definitely buy 1. Especially for artillery this is handy. There is no need to buy more however, since you can just switch this item from general to general you want to move.

Before i make my recommendation. Realise that you can change items DURING battle. So when you move your general, use movement items. When you attack with your general, use attacking (damage bonus) items. When your general is away from battlefield, use supply items. Etc So i wont give a recommendation only. Ill also point out when to use items on the right time. So all the items you are pointing out are recommended?

What about the Baker rifle? I've come across it a couple of times now, and am wondering whether it's worth the medals.
