I recently completed a conquest as HRE with 9999 gold, 2351 wrenches/industries and 39 rounds but I did not get Isabela. I am currently on coalition disruption and the liberation of Rhine in campaign. Any help in getting Isabela?

I have finished Britain 1815 in 28 turns with that same amount of resources. Only 600 years rules. I thought Isabela needed 550...? |

I think I got her at approx. 90-105 stars.I dont remember nobility and rank cuz you should have high rank and nobility.(You guys knew the grinding method earlier than me). |
