I try to make a balance in 1939,
But how exactly to change USSR to be an Axis side...
Please help...
And also in 1939, I will make US neutral..

Thank you Step 1 you need hex Step 2 get the conquest 1001 file. Step 3 open it up and type ffaaaa00 Step 4 look above for 02. And change it to 01. 01 is axis and 02 allies When you pick the Soviet Union it will say allies but it will be axis when you. To make America type in hex b4ffdc00 And find 02 above and make It 00. Here the hex code for all the countries |

So 1939, japan not yet Bombed Hawaii... (About real ww2), n US not yet join Asia Pasific Teather... Just my opinion... |

my mod is still in beta version,
1939 was finished,
Now I will jump to 1960, I will try to make real Cold War...
my first priority is balancing North korea N south Korea,
Cause every I choose NATO/WTO, both of Korea will doomed soon...
So weird...
