Now I have all 6 generals in my line-up and have some medals to spare. What should I do?
1) Hire more generals (like Yamashita, Donitz, or Mongomery) for some specific situations and for the sake of coolness. 2) Upgrade eye-covered dude. 3) Upgrade Ion cannon.
I need to think carefully because medals are hard to farm and I have no intention to spend real money so I seek for opinions.

Cannon is not really op untill you get it to really high levels, before than it really is just barely usefull imo. To get it to high level requires massive amount of medals not just a few spare medals. I wouldnt get new generals unless there is a clear need or maybe to change play style. Conclusion: personally I just wouldnt spend the medals on anything at all.

Coolness is cool of course but spending medals for the generals that are situationally used wouldn't be my choice. Eye-covered guys upgrade is more or less the same as purchasing new generals even more expensive. After main generals are upgraded Ion cannon is the best investment imo. Getting to level 15 is like purchasing two-three top generals, and at level 15 you will have quite serious damage from Ion cannon.

Though I enjoy using tanks and artillery more, I will consider upgrading Ion cannon. But I probably take some time to think carefully. Anyway, thank you for all the comments.

Yeah, I can understand Your carefullness. Most of the time I was playing not higher then level 10. It was somewhat about 8 turns cooldown. Was also saving for quite a long time. Then upgraded the ion cannon quite a lot and now regret about the medals spent as I haven't even tried it - just couple 1960 conquests. My interest to WC3 just vanished one day. Don't know why. Haven't even tried alien conquests after android update. I hope the interest will appear again and I will make use of it
