I am currently doing this campaign and noticed that nobody had posted on this scenario, so here we go:
1) Put an arty general on the siege arty and move it towards Dobrnjac. You will need a general on the siege arty to move it around the map fast. Shield it with Pasha and shell him, until you kill him. Siege arty has max effect when the enemy (Dobrnjac) is in the city. Move north to take Belgrade. Take care to avoid the western fortresses firing radius.
2) Move the heavy cavalry and light infantry from Sophia across the river to help shield Bucharest from getting overrun. Be careful not to allow Milinovic to sneak into Sophia from across the river. Plovdiv's guard cavalry and Istanbul's heavy arty and SelimIII should all converge near Sophia then cross the bridge towards Burcharest.
From there, spilt your troops into two. One should turn west to help your forces in 1) to mop up remaining enemies to take Belgrade. if you have done 2) correctly, the light infantry and heavy cavalry will be just enough to hold off the attackers until your reinforcements arrive at Burcharest.
The other troops should head north toward Lasi then swing east towards the Russian factory.
3) The Austrians in green and Russians in blue will attack Lasi and Kishinev from two directions. There is nothing you can do until your forces in 2) reaches to help. By the time your forces reach, ensure that Lasi is still in red hand's then move east towards the Russian factory.
4) There is a battleship in port. Put Kate on it, and equip good naval attack and defence items and let it sit in the port, upgrade the port if you can. Let the privateer, two frigates and battleship come to you one by one. Hit them with the coastal fort and Kate, Kate will still be healing at the same time. Before you know it, all enemy ships are down and you can move your battleship north towards the Russian factory. Fire on the Russian light arty from the coast.
Good luck and hope this help someone in future!
