I'm lvl 21 and have completed the first NATO and WTO missions but I can't get through Accumulate supplies 2, Hold the ground 4, Break through Encirclement 5, Wipe out the enemy 4, and save the ally 5. I have 83 medals. And I have Meyer, Bagdoglio, Koga, Nasser, and Crerar  |

I am not sure if your problem is...
1) cannot complete challenge missions, or
2) cannot continue campaign missions because you level is too low.
If it is (1), then, you might ask each of challenge separately. Also put some picture on because I finished them long ago and cannot remember the missions. And if it is (2) then you might need to play conquest or complete campaign missions at higher difficulty to gain level.
