I was just trying it out yesterday and I actually got serious about it when I realized I was actually winning. I guess this will be a guide. It's not going to win you anything because it took me 72 rounds but if you want to see that Netherlanden flag every time you open conquest mode, here you go. Generals: Fatimah, Sophia, Kate, Picton, and Radetzky. The only ones necessary are the 3 princesses although it might take longer without the cavalry and infantry generals.
Step 1. You need to secure your position. Hood from GB is going go come attack you and so is the HRE general. What I did is move my forces forward on the first turn and on the second I used Fatimah on militia to boost my income in Amsterdam. I saved my money until round 4 when I could buy a battleship in Rotterdam to fight Hood. Of course, Kate was on this battleship. She can successfully 1v1 Hood, so with that extra Frigate it should be easy to take him down. Next, you want to face the HRE general and capture Oldenburg. Your starting general should be enough to face him with the rest of your units.
2.With those two out of the way, now you can expand into immediate HRE towns and Prussia. After a while of saving up money, I looked to buy Sophia a tier 2 fort artillery, but with no nearby factory I stole the closest one that belongs to France. With Sophia or any other strong artillery general, Prussia is easy to defeat. Once you start attacking Berlin, start moving Fatimah over there to further increase your income. She will stay in Berlin for the rest of the mission (I will explain why later on.) While the invasion of Prussia is happening Kate and a few land troops from Amsterdam set sail to Eidenburgh and the town next to it. Rather than attacking GB head on, this rear attack is much safer. It will take a while to capture them both, but once you do GB is already dead.
3. Now in north GB, Picton comes into play. Buy him a nice tier 2 machine gun and the British wont stand a chance. France and GB should be fighting each other in the English Channel which means they shouldn't focus too much on your northern army. Said northern army will head to Ireland leaving a few troops behind to attack Liverpool. Kate will circle around the east side of GB, destroying forts and units near the coast. While thats happening, Berlin should already be in your grasp. From there, use your superior income and nearby stable to put your cavalry general on a tier 2 armored car. If you don't have a cavalry general, (I highly reccomend one) get the armored car anyway and just use it as best you can. Now, Sophia and Bylandt, I think that's his name, will head south to Vienna killing generals on the way. This is at about turn 30. Meanwhile the armored car will take the rest of the Prussian cities and start heading into Russia. Also send some forces into Sweden which could either be beating Denmark or losing to Denmark. Either way it shouldn't be hard to beat them. Btw, In my game Dombrowski abandoned Warsaw and took Vienna ( I really don't know how he did it ) If he does that to you, just have those forces go to eastern HRE.
4. Recap: its about turn 40 now, Sweden and Prussia are mostly under your control, Your main force is heading into the now split up HRE, and you have forces attacking GB, mainly Ireland. So now, Munich should still belong to HRE so just use normal soldiers to capture it while your main force ( Sophia and Bylandt ) attack everything in the east. Radetzky ( cavalry general ) should be fighting Suvorouv and Bagration and will easily defeat Bagration but I suggest not facing Suvorouv because he is very strong. Normal soldiers can overwhelm him. Using your forces in the now captured Sweden, move them across the body of water to Reval and Riga. This will be the main attacking force for Russia surprisingly. Meanwhile, Ireland should be yours and GB should be failing against France. Just round up the rest of the cities. France will probably capture London. If they do, oh well. After GB is dealt with move most of your forces to Portugal. This includes Picton and Kate.
5. HRE should be having their last stand now. Unfortunately for them, their legs are already gone so they can't do much standing. After dispatching the rest of those clowns, Sophia can head to the port in east Russia and clean that area up. Radetzky should have captured Kiev by now and those forces from Riga should be heading to Moscow and capturing the Town, Stable, and factory in front of it. Now just spam armored cars and rockets, surround Barclay and capture Moscow. Goodbye Russia.
6. Two scicilies should have been killed by Italy. If not, I'm sorry for you
. While Russia was dying, Kate and Picton along with a fleet of ships and a squad of soldiers should be in Portugal. Actually, I forgot to mention that Spain might kill Portugal for you. On my game they completely failed so I had to waste another 15 turns. And that's pretty much the end of the game. Kate and Picton can handle the rest. Again, this took 72 turns and only gave me 67 medals, but it was fun.

P.S.S: I forgot to explain that if Dombrowski captures Vienna, that's why Fatimah stays in Berlin. If you capture it, move her there for more money.
