I don't know if anyone else here has this same problem as I do.
For whatever reason, it's always easier for me to spell the chemical name of a medicine rather than brand name. Example: I constantly mess up the simple name Tylenol (Google helps me out here), but I can easily spell Acetaminophen.
I think it's because chemical names are easier to predict if I am familiar with the chemicals. Like acetate, acetone, acetic acid or -minophen, -morphen (detrive of morphine, 2 points if you recognize that without me telling you). There's many variations of chemicals but they follow a pattern.

I don't care how things are spelled as long as people capitalize them, which seems to be a running problem with many threads. I mean "HRE Running for Princesses Guide" looks a lot better than "HRE running for princesses guide"

I don't care how things are spelled as long as people capitalize them, which seems to be a running problem with many threads. I mean "HRE Running for Princesses Guide" looks a lot better than "HRE running for princesses guide" To be fair, it depends on the meaning.
HRE running for princesses guide could be interpreted as "The HRE is running for princesses." Or likewise it could be meant as HRE: Running for princesses in which "Running..." is used as a dialogue of sorts to kick off the discussion of how the HRE runs for princesses.
Silliness aside, oftentimes titles in a forum aren't going to be regarded the same way as titles for a book. A forum title is more like a short partial sentence to get your main idea out there or act to a degree as your post's first sentence. So while there's a decent argument for capitalization, I do believe there's also a decent argument against its necessity.

Desophaeus, I never really experience the kind of things you mentioned. For the deaf especially, since you don't depend on phonetics as much as the hearing, it is perfectly rational
