Someone please explain what blue stacks is, if it is ethical and if it is legal I watched a video on YouTube about blue stacks.It is used to run smartphone games on PC/PC games on smartphone.I don't remember correctly what it was supposed to do.You can search on google about it.And its legal(I think). |

It's an emulator program that can be used for legitimate reasons or illegal purposes, or both even.
