Who is the best air general? I find Arnold the best, he has more movement, but Goring is also good but the best option would be Yamamoto because you have a Navy/Air gen (He is the best option for carriers) and you save up medals and a slot

Land/Air: Goering/Arnold. Nav/Air: Yamamoto Cheap Air: Do not need land for early game, but Greim for Land and Ozawa (Must need) for Nav There is no pure air gen because then the gen would have to be on the plane

Yes. Ozawa also has navy capability, which is important since it lets him be your navy gen until you buy Yamamoto

Arnold gains the ability to run a Supertank at 4 hex, thus more protection.
