I am really sorry but i cannot remeber this level.
Some general advice can be find in my guides.
Some levels are harsh in the beginning due to low level units.
What you can do is: go back to some lvl in the beginning and kill as much enemies with important units so they level up and increase in health. Moreover you can use some cards to help you win this lvl in a 1-star and come back lateron.
Use your 2-3-hex units to units that can only attack 1-hec. Defend those units by your 1-hex units.
Get items at markets for gold to upgrade specific parts of your strongest units..
Focus in upgrading angel 1st to lvel7 getting back hp is nice

This mission is simple keep your troops on the resource deposit send your ship south take the naval base plus any resources you can. Use your artillery to weaken the fortress before sending tanks use air craft too. The rocket emplacement use only aircraft as it will rip your units apart. Move slowly south but keep one or two units as cover u should be able to take the base depending on your current troop level. Don't waste too many cards on this mission as the next Is a bit more complicated goodluck
