Can anyone tell me what the trigger for the awarding of a medal is? It only says how many medals you got by killing people. If the conquest ends with grinding thete would be a lot of medals showing |

I know that you do not get bonus medals at the end of the conquest. I know that they are awarded by eliminating or damaging enemies. Experience has taught me that much. What I would like to know is whether this is random, or whether it is predictable in some way.
