wholy Shoot, a lot of users are from the US. more than i expected. (i expected it to be 1, but not with 23 more users than number 2, the netherlands) Well on the Internet, if you don't count the censored internet in China... the Russian hackers hidden in the dark net... USA is pretty much the biggest boy on the block. Been that way since the dawn of the Internet age. Btw where did you get the data? Just wondering. Well.. not since the dawn. It originates from switzerland. So the first users were the switz. Afterwards cern (the institute who invented it) spread it to brittain, and later on to the rest of the world, from that moment, the us is the biggest player. I got the data by the desktop mode, its above the chat.

So it's more like USA was the biggest country online pre-dawn, during the dawn, post-dawn as well. The timeline confirms it. Cern was just working in parallel with UK and USA at the same time.

Im sorry if you misunderstood me. But i wasnt talking about the internet, who uses the internet nowadays? I was talking about the web we're currently browsing. The internet is just a way for different computers to interacts, which is outdated by wifi. The web was invented by a swiss company with help from brittain.

Im sorry if you misunderstood me. But i wasnt talking about the internet, who uses the internet nowadays? I was talking about the web we're currently browsing. The internet is just a way for different computers to interacts, which is outdated by wifi. The web was invented by a swiss company with help from brittain. I didn't misunderstand the English terminology. I think you were using the Dutch definitions which may or may not differ from English. I don't know Dutch. While the overall concept of the 'Internet' is much more broader than the 'Web' itself, the main idea of what the Internet is: the World Wide Web. To claim that the web replaces the internet does not make sense. Those terms are interchangeable and the same. Second thing doesn't make sense from your quote: the Internet is outdated by wifi? Okay if you set up a personal wifi network without a connection to the Internet, the only thing you have at home is a LAN, local area network. If you complain why your wifi is broken, a computer expert would have told you that you are missing a router and you need an ISP to be able to access the web via wifi. Without the Internet, the wifi is complete and utter trash for that purpose. The wifi is a wonderfully useful way to allow people to connect to the Internet without using a phone landline or an ethernet cable. The 3rd thing, claiming that a Swiss company invented the 'Web' or 'Internet' is the equivalent of claiming that France invented the EU. I already gave you a link summarizing the process of inventing and creating the Web. Throughout the whole timeline, Americans had been involved in every stage either directly or indirectly in parallel work. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_the_InternetIf a single country deserves the credit for inventing the Web, it's America. But RL is more complicated than just that, it's really was invented at the same time in different companies and nations while American companies and people did dominate the overall process by percentage of contribution and work.

Hello people! Like MacArthur had once, at least I think he had, said, "I have returned!"
So? How is everyone? And to predict the future, what shall our next Random Area be named?

Don't let your memes become drems. Don't become a victim of the Undertake fan base. They are the main cause of Stage 5 cancer. So stay away!
