I need a cheap (less than 1000 medals) navy general, but im not sure who choose. Im btw Fletcher Riccardi Raeder Pound and Ozawa. I like Fletcher because he have lvl 3 wolfpack and 4 stars air but he dont have fleet leader. Riccardi and raeder looks good and have more health. Ozawa and pound are cheaper and awesome, not sure if pay 300 more medals worth it. Who you would choose?

Maybe have 2 navy generals ozawa and fletcher.
