Let's math!

Reward for challenges: 51100 medals
Reward for campaigns: 3 (levels)*41 (campaigns)*50 (reward)=6150 medals
Conquests: (150+300+450)+(200+400+600)+(400+800+1200)+(250+500+750)+(300+600)+(350+700+1050)=9000 medals
Missions: IDK ( NetherFreek?)
Sum: 66,250 medals (not including Purple missions)

That allows about 12 S Generals (excepting S De Gaulle), or a GoG2 General and 6 S Generals (Excepting S De Gaulle) or 2 GoG2 Generals and 1 S General (excepting S De Gaulle)
The rest must come from wonders
