I know I'm going to get as this question can EW5 be modded and I am not sure.
All I know they they made it harder to mode since all the stuff are in hex even the general information and army setting

I found modding it relatively easy? maybe they made the android version harder since they didn't want any hackers. But yeah, Everything appears to be very similar to Ew4 and so on.
but modding EW5 isn't as fun for me since it has the army follow the player rather than each level being unique, which is really annoying since if you want to play as the other ai, no troops will spawn and you will be severely out numbered, since ur designed to have a large custom army with you... I really hope they go back to the prebuilt armies like in previous games, but I doubt it since they are probably making more profit this way...

IOS would be easier than Android I believe. It would be interesting to see if anyone could come up with a mod though.

Modding is very easy for me but graphic is not my strongest hex mapping is always fun to do
