To be honest I think easytech will make something in the future, I hate that as much as anyone else here but it seems like that is very possible. One reason might be that you aren't really limited if you make games playing in the future.

I don't like the future games because I have played many of those. Too many. And I really don't want to play another one. I sincerely hope that it will be ancient times. Swords and Spears>Guns and Bombs

Swords and Spears>Guns and Bombs Just played Battlefront Beta and I already hate sci-fi stuff. Really hope easytech's gonna do something in between 1600-1800

Swords and Spears>Guns and Bombs Agree. Though, future has rooms for developer to make anything but the lack of associated history events makes future setting less... charming (well, can't think of a better word.). We are not gonna discuss as much about fictional characters in future setting as we are doing Napoleon, Lannes, Suvorov, Nelson, Mountbatten, Rommel, Guderian, Manstein, etc...

I hope it will be ww1 but anything will be okay execpt future Russian civil war! Reds against Whites, February and October Revolution and the reconquering of the states that belonged to the empire of the Romanovs and perhaps the Russo-Polish war

Maybe a game that starts in 1917 with Germany still present about the Russian Civil War. The chance of this happening is like 1% though. I highly doubt that easytech would just concentrate on a war about one country only

Ok this is definitely worthy of reviving this thread. A Roman Empire would be great if its set during the barbarian invasion, so that Rome wont be OP. Really great.

Literally ANYTHING GOOD between Napoleon and ww1
To put it simply, 1816-1913, which makes 97 years

That'd be pretty good but the alliances would be kinda messed up. You could make 1) the two Romes 2) All barbarians can attack each other but don't have to 3) the Sassanids & Huns
