I need help in 1939 conquest with either the United Kingdom or the Soviet Union

This is kind of a bad answer, but I'll give it anyways:Don't play these nations in 1939. These nations are good for 1943, but for 1939 I'd recommend Japan (Taking China gives you a bunch of money, which you can then use to steamroll Southeast Asia, India, etc.)Italy (Can easily take over Greece and Yugoslavia and is away from the main action with the soviets and France),America, Canada (America and Canada are isolated from the main action which always makes them great), and Hungary (Odd choice, but you can take over Yugoslavia and Greece without much resistance and the Soviet Union is easy to take over from the south. If you have good generals, this is a great choice and it is also isolated away from the action with the UK). Britain just doesn't have enough strongholds on mainland Europe to really fight the Nazis and the Japanese campaign is a joke as you'll probably just be steamrolled by the Japanese. The Soviets are decent, but they don't have the great generals and great troops they have in 1943.

The way I see it, taking Japan early on really hurts the Japanese, which then pincers them in between your forces in US controlled Japan and China, meaning that the Asian front can be quickly won. With invading Spain, you should focus on beating the Spaniards before helping France push back the Germans. Eventually you get to the heart of Germany where you just keep pushing the Germans back while also pushing down into Italy>North Africa. If you finish the Asian front early, use your units to push into North Africa, and keep your European fighters in Europe, stopping when they take Italy instead of splitting off into two forces.

If you're going to play as a three-star nation in 1939, choose Japan or Germany. They start off with so many good generals you'd have to be stupid to lose the campaign.

If you're to play as a two-star country use Spain.

I used USSR to get my >65 turns conquest. Get Germany ASAP and build forts around your few troops in the north to fight the Japanese. As soon as you beated Germany, attack Manchuria and take back the Japanese cities (look for cities with airport level 2).

I perfer UK. Take Bruxells/Amaterdam, any airport in Africa, and Bangkok, then you can just crash them down.

I found the UK was actually really easy to play, because you already have a foothold in Asia its a quick conquest. I beat it in 40 turns. 1939. Just use montgomery as an air general to wreck everyone. I say focus on taking Africa they northern Germany and then Asia. Asia is ladt because by the time you finish with Europe the USA begins an offensive on mainland Japan and it makes conquest very easy.
