Hi, I create this thread to show you which conquest could be done without using a single general and which can't be.
And I will also add the walkthrough for those conquest after I done it or link to those conquest if other have done it.
First I will tell you which strategy I use:
-You don't have to use army to block the path of an ally as they won't attack you.
-Block Neutral nation with 4 units, enemy with 6 units. (Half Ranger, Half Melee) Same age with blocked Nation is recommended.
-Attacking army contain your strongest army possible and move straight to the capital if you are 2 Age above the defender.
-You can go full Siege Weapon army if you have a 2 vs 1 situation and you are sure that you can kill all unit with the other army.
-Try to take weaker fort first and avoid strong fort if your army is not that good.
-Keep few Diplomacy points, so that you can use it to buy time when neccesary. I've stack up to 10 points, haven't have longer game to get more. So you won't have to worry about lost Diplomacy points.
Here is what I use each age:
+Classical: 1 Ram, 2 Horsemen, 3 Archer. (May replace Horsemen with Ram or Warrior.)
+Medieval: 3 Cavalry, 1 Balista, 2 Maskmen (May replace Cavalry with Spearman, Maskmen with Balista)
+Empire: 3 Knight, 1 Catapult, 2 Crossbowman (May replace Cavalry with Swordman, Maskmen with Balista)
+Discovery: 3 Dragoon, 3 Rifleman (May replace Dragoon with Musketeer) Why no Siege Weapon? Because there is no new Siege Weapon and I prefer Rifleman to Catapult.
+Gunpowder: 3 Infantry, 3 Canon (May replace Infantry with Dragoon, Canon with Machine Gun) There is no new Cavalry at this age and I prefer the ranger of Canon.
+Industrial: 3 Amored Car, 3 Artillery (May replace Amored Car with Dragoon, Artillery with Machine Gun)

What is different between use generals and don't use generals?
-It is much harder. Which mean you can finish a conquest easily if it's doable without general.
-You have at least 4 general which only cost 50 Silver and one of them is Allexander, who is one man army since lvl1.
-Don't use general also block the tavern, which make me have no chance to recuit any general, there are some time supper op general there who him or her alone can help you clear half of enemy's nation. The cost is expensive but they worth it.
-Slow early push also mean slower income and longer or impossible conquest.
And here come your list.
Classical
China(Possible)
Roman(Possible)
Carthage(Posible)
Persia(Skip for a moment)
Medieval
Empire
Special word that I will use:
-Attack: Fight to death but failed. Criple enemy as much as I can.
-Take: Conquer the city.
-Raid: Attack but stay out side the city and surrender after destroy all enemy that go outside, surrender as soon as we kill them all, not even try to touch the wall.
Update of this week:
-Add Classcal Age Ceasar image. Which show the stat of the King if you don't play as Roman.
If you want me to do which country first please vote.
I'm doing Empire Mongolia at the moment.
If there is no vote, I will try Empire Gold Horde or Holy Roman next. I can only do Classical and Medieval atm.
