I have Kate, Kutaisov, Diez, and Sophia. I have unlocked Fatimah, but I haven't recruited her, because I only have 4 slots. Should I regroup any of my generals? If yes, who onto who?

Regroup Diez into Sophia. You can use Fatimah to buy War Horse and Snare Drum. Then, use Kutaizov, Sophia, and Dumo to go for Isabela

Unless you're campaign-oriented, in which case it is worth it to hold Diez since Fatimah's econ talent is not useful enough, and getting 3* merchants into the shops isn't too hard

No. You have Napoleon and Davout in Expedition Egypt and Prussian Counterattack for horse and drum. Play 1798 France/GB/HRE again for Isabela.

So I play the Conquests mostly, I only do campaign for saving medals. Should I wait or regroup???
