During my Classic Era Conquest, I played as the English, and declared war on the Aztecs, took an Ocean (Atlantic I) and then this happens: Romans take Atlantic II. Here's the kicker, however; We're not in war! And still not! I only have 2 units in Dublin, so should I be worried about these Romans, and how do I prevent this from happening? Is this a glitch? Whenever I attack a country, war is declared.
