I have Kate, Sophia, Fatimah, Maria, Kutaisov, and Diez. I also have the option to purchase Graham. Should I regroup one of my generals to get him? If yes, who onto who?

God no. Graham is severely overpriced. Get a cav gen instead

Depends if you like Graham Crackers. 50 year old Graham crackers (probably taste the same)
also, you can't get princesses back, so regroup a normal general unless there is no better option (it would be cool if easy tech allowed you to regain princesses, but made it so you can't profit by regrouping them repeatedly)
