Hi, so, the game tells us anglaterre has the best ships, and each contry has something they are better at than other *Auto corrected*ries no, if so, how do i know wich country has better horses, artillery, etc?

There's a thread analyzing unit systems. Each country has each own unit types it is better at.
Example: Ottomans have best Heavy Art and Guards, and tie for best in several other categories

You can check detail at the unit info. e.g You will find that an Ottoman heavy artillery has higher damage than those from other countries. (well, I do not remember the number)

Haha, Ottomans have best heavy artillery, hahahaha......actually that's what I would have done if I designed the game. I am far from convinced they have the best heavy Art in 1798-1812, but they are famous for it, even if that honour is centuries old.
In any case they will need their untested Artillery skills, since they have no good generals in game, and the only (mediocre) artillery general they have has the name of a colonized minority.
Edit: I searched Millionovic, and found out he may be one of the serbian rebels against ottoman, like I suspected. Bad news when most of your generals have no natural loyalty.
