I am at empire era lv40. On Northern dire bear,my generals are too weak for it so i need to wait for discovery age update

Gunpowder Age. Level 71. Industrial became avaliable as soon as I upgraded-going to be awhile.
2nd level of Discovery age-great navigator campaign. 4th in total. waiting to finish getting Bismarck from empire mode, then I will try it again.
