Basically, you don't help to fight those archers. March all your force to the south of the mountain and capture buildings from there one by one. Avoid the 2 buidlings that are next to the mountain as it's guarded by 3 Archers.
After your HQ is destroyed, 1 message will show up but you are not lose. Just keep doing your things and ignore it.
