Looking for some feedback on customer service. I got a new phone a few weeks back and all my game data and in game purchases were lost. Probably about 50 bucks worth. My understanding was that it wasn't a big deal to get a service code if you showed proof of purchase. I first emailed EasyTechService@outlook.com like a month ago and got a message that it would take a few days. I've followed up with a friendly reminder about once a week since with no response. Anyone have a similar issue, recommendation or know a better place to email support. I'd really like to fire the game back up.

I used to be able to get my purchases back, after my most recent phone, I think they're starting to ignore everyone. I emailed them the details and everything, and they didn't even reply whatsoever. The fact of the matter, is that they probably don't care too much about WC3 any more now that EW5 is out. I recommend maybe waiting a little longer...

They’ve always honored my requests but sometimes I had to send in a few requests for them to remember (this wasn’t the norm). But the tech sector also is getting regulatory changes so it might be a little slower than normal for the time being if they’re like other companies. However it’s also possible that they’re not disrupted and just ignoring the request (but that would shock me).
