I did it barely, I didnt know I didnt have to hold both cities , I semt some weak Units to protrct one city and the Destroyer to attack FA, the city fell but suprisingly it held out good with the units there.
Havanna it was rough defending it, I used FA from it even Manstein on the FA And Duke on the HT in the water and he almost died I dont remember if he died but I killed a lot of Americans at sea
