As you can see, Golitsyn wins output, Raevsky wins survivability and speed, and Sulkowski is the biggest saving. Golitsyn's cost and lack of trainer ability (midgame cav general ends up being regrouped into Lan) are a turn-off, as is Raevsky's low output. The speed, however, may be lifesaving in a rushing conquest (where the Cav General is being tested most heavily), so Raevsky is on the table. Thus, I personally rank them:
