I have been trying to roll for Dumouriez and/or Kusaitov for a while.
I still can't find them, but I did notice I can get Serurier and Sulkowski with my current amount of medals (have them in tavern).
Should I get Dumouriez/ Kusaitov first, or just get them now?

seruier is a 4 star infantry gen, with tactics and bugle, so I don't see the point in getting him. Plus if I remember correctly there is better generals for similar price.

Sulkowski has the same stats as Dumo, except has training stars, spy, and switches surprise for strike. I'd say he is probably worth it. I use him on my android account, currently at American campaign. As for Kutaisov, I have refreshed a million times for the last three days, and just got him. Got Dumo from 86 to 98 during it :/
