Newly elected Prime Minister, Lord Frederick has announced that the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland will join with the crowns of Norway and Sweden. He also announced that a fleet will be providing Portugal with extra security against foreign threats. In agreement with the colonial power France, Lybia will join the British Empire.

I like this! Evening Newspaper. The Frenchman. The French Government agrees that the North African lands must be protected by the British and themselves (we're basically dividing the land ). They also want everyone to know that French interests will not be compromised at any cost. |

That explains Der Kaiserreich , (ignoring state media possibility) why it offered the chance to decide, rather than the point of a Russian revolver. Also, considering you avoided insulting its size, I will respect the minor fail of calling the PM "lord of Britain" actually, he would be a lord. As long as you respect "too many" now being a key WORD. EDIT: forgot to mention that the Ghost of Carolus Rex is coming for the Tsar, due to his horrible mistake of grabbing sweden.
